We all know that it easier to prevent instead of trying to restore your lost data or information when it's too late .Mostly, the reason we have lost important data is not because of hardware or software failure, but because we have never found time for backing up the data.

Norton Ghost 15 with it's automatic backup management system and intuitive interface will make the job easy for you even if you're a rookie or an advanced user. Whether you're running it on your home desktop, laptop or business server - you can manually do live disk or file and folder backups but also scheduled backups: local, to FTP site or to network drives and removable external USB devices or FireWire.

Norton Ghost wizards include compression and encryption features, error checking and incremental backups (for less disk space usage).

I have found really useful the ability to create a full perfect disk image of the partition. When the time came to reinstall the OS, instead of installing everything from the ground up (which normally takes many hours), in short time I had back everything as it was when I made the backup - fresh and clean. The same ability it really helpful when you have to reinstall the OS because of system crash or virus infection - you can restore your system even when you're not able to get into the OS with the Recovery Disk.

Pluses:
